AVOLT is seeking a dynamic and innovative Growth Hacker with a passion for performance marketing to join our Ecommerce team. The primary goal is to drive rapid and sustainable growth through data-driven and creative strategies. This role is pivotal in expanding our online presence and driving revenue. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Campaign Development and Execution: Design and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, and on-ground activations to drive traffic and sales.
- Growth Channel Optimization: Identify, develop, and optimize growth channels to maximize revenue.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize marketing data and user feedback to shape and refine marketing strategies. Analyze campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic patterns to inform decisions.
- SEO and On-Site Content Management: Optimize the website for search engines and manage on-site content to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- CRM Management: Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships, drive engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Experimentation and Testing: Propose, implement, and test innovative initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, capturing and fulfilling existing demand.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improve website conversion rates by identifying and addressing barriers to purchase.
- Customer Retention and Loyalty: Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and boost loyalty through personalized offers and loyalty programs.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to share ideas, gather feedback, and present results.
- Advanced Technology Utilization: Leverage AI and other advanced technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strategic Partnerships: Explore and establish strategic partnerships to reach new customer segments and markets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a similar growth hacking or performance marketing role.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas.
- Goal-Oriented: Highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in pursuit of growth.
- Open-Minded and Curious: Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Experience with AI tools is a significant advantage.
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with on-site content optimization.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
