AVOLT is searching for an E-commerce & Growth Lead to work closely with our Head of E-commerce and Digital in driving growth, optimizing performance, and scaling our online presence. In this role, you will take ownership of implementing strategies, managing campaigns, and identifying opportunities to accelerate revenue growth across global markets.
As a multi-talented individual with expertise in e-commerce and marketing, you’ll design and execute impactful growth strategies, optimize campaigns, and identify untapped opportunities to scale. You will also play a vital role in shaping AVOLT’s online future while contributing to our global expansion.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Growth Strategy & Execution
Drive growth by designing and executing innovative campaigns, including gamification, brand partnerships, digital ads, and activations. Test and scale growth channels to maximize traffic, revenue, and ROI. -
Data-Driven Insights
Analyze campaign performance, traffic trends, and user behavior to refine strategies. Use marketing data and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and optimize decision-making. -
Website & SEO Optimization
Manage and enhance the website to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Ensure on-site content is engaging, SEO-aligned, and tailored to attract and convert visitors. -
CRM & Customer Lifecycle
Build and implement CRM strategies that boost engagement and customer lifetime value. Create personalized loyalty programs and targeted offers to increase retention. -
Conversion & Retention Tactics
Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts to improve the user journey and reduce barriers to purchase. Develop innovative strategies to encourage repeat purchases and foster customer loyalty. -
Experimentation & Innovation
Utilize A/B testing and cutting-edge growth hacking techniques to attract prospects and convert leads. Stay ahead of marketing trends and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and performance. -
Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration
Identify and develop partnerships to reach new audiences and markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, gather feedback, and present results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates with strong technical or analytical education relevant to e-commerce and growth are highly valued.
- Proven experience in e-commerce growth or a similar role (e.g., Growth Hacker, Performance Marketer).
- Strong technical skills in web analytics tools, SEO, CRO, and CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify).
- Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including paid ads (Google, Meta), affiliate programs, and gamification.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing, user acquisition strategies, and scaling growth channels.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and advanced marketing technologies is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for experimenting with innovative marketing ideas.
